Modern womanhood, feminine strength, overthinking, self-worth, emotional independence, letting go.
“An Old-Fashioned Girl”
A chapter about timeless souls, slow hearts and handwritten dreams.
LESS SCREENS.
MORE BREATH.
Contact is a frequency. Breath is the Wi-Fi.
Step out of the algorithm. Step back into your body.
An Old-Fashioned Soul
in a Digital World
Slow hearts. Loud screens. A love letter to depth — written in a world that rewards speed.
I am an old-fashioned soul living in a digital world — which means I keep trying to breathe while the internet keeps handing me a new personality every fifteen seconds.
My heart still believes in handwritten things: real apologies, long conversations, slow affection. The algorithm, however, believes in urgency — and it treats my attention like a rental apartment.
Sometimes I don’t need “more content.” I need less noise — and more truth per minute.
🎙️ JAZZ WOMEN
I’m vintage on the inside.
The internet is… a caffeine machine.
I still believe in handwritten apologies, long conversations, and the kind of silence that heals instead of “awkward-ifies”.
The algorithm believes in urgency. It treats my attention like a rented apartment: short lease, high rent, no emotional responsibility.
This is not a “quit your phone” sermon. It’s a gentle rebellion: more soul per minute.
(and it’s not available in 0.5x speed)
THE DANCE OF THINKING
where philosophy forgets its words and moves instead.
Thought isn’t always born from stillness — sometimes it begins with movement.
I don’t move to escape thought. I move to think differently.
▶ MOVE • THINK • REPEATtruth, sometimes, needs a pirouette to be understood.
She became the mirror she once feared
A collage of versions: fragile, fierce, unfiltered — and finally… real.
A visual ode to all our versions — the ones that performed, the ones that survived, and the one that finally stayed.
Book of the Month: The Anxious Generation
Not a panic sermon. Not “delete your phone and become a monk.” Just a calm, smart look at how a whole generation learned to live on alerts — and why our nervous systems deserve a refund.
Come read the piece — sip slowly, think gently.
It’s often your environment — with Wi-Fi.
MIND THE DANCE
“Do stuff. Be clenched. Be curious.
Not waiting for inspiration's shove
or society's kiss on your forehead.”
Pay attention.
It’s all about paying attention.
Attention is vitality.
It connects you. It awakens you.
It keeps you eager.
Stay Eager
Movement is how I come back to myself.
I don’t dance to perform. I dance to remember who I am beneath the noise.
When the mind spirals, when doubt gets loud, when everything feels too much — the body knows first. It always knows first.
“When in Doubt — Dance it Out” is not choreography. It’s survival. It’s clarity. It’s devotion in motion.

A SMALL PRACTICE
(No Screen Required)
1. Arrive
Put the phone face down. Feel your feet. Listen.
2. Breathe
Inhale for 4. Exhale for 6. Let the shoulders drop.
3. Move
One slow step. One turn. One hand on heart.
Less scrolling. More soul-sync.
ALGO_RHYTHMUS • Kids Dance Club
A silent film of movement.
A body speaking without words.
A small rebellion against noise —
where rhythm becomes refuge
and imagination becomes home.
