Mythos is not only a place to stay or pass by. It is a small living rhythm built around hospitality, beauty, nourishment, conversation, movement and meaningful time.
Every day, from 8:00 to 13:00, we welcome you for breakfast, brunch, coffee and takeaway. Throughout the week, Mythos becomes a meeting ground for retreats, symposium tables, live music, wine tastings, painting evenings, pottery workshops, movement practices, dance gatherings and intimate conversations. For dates and upcoming experiences, please follow our website.
A daily opening dedicated to simple pleasures: fresh coffee, breakfast, brunch and takeaway in a calm, warm and beautifully held atmosphere.
Daily · 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Each week Mythos hosts carefully curated moments: live music, symposium dinners, wine tasting, painting, pottery workshops, retreats, dance and creative community meetings.
Our identity is rooted in authenticity, simplicity and the return to what feels human again: shared food, real presence, artistic expression and soulful connection.
Mythos Homes · Lemnos · Greece
On Lemnos, time softens. Stone holds the light, mornings begin slowly, and every house becomes part of the island’s deeper rhythm. Mythos Homes are not just places to stay — they are spaces to breathe, gather, rest and remember what simplicity feels like.
“No one ever steps into the same river twice.”
Heraclitus called the world a living movement of fire and change. Travel is like that too. A stay is never only accommodation — it becomes atmosphere, memory, conversation, and the quiet feeling that for a few days, you belonged somewhere beautiful.
Panta rhei — and sometimes, what flows back to us is home.
Online Diary
I’m Marina. And this is my digital diary. If you’re curious about a collection of seemingly unrelated things — dance, philosophy, cocktails, islands, thoughts that arrive after midnight — then you’re exactly where you need to be.
Cocktail & music bar. Playlists. Late-night reflections. Conversations that linger.
Soul Botox. Community gatherings. Movement, rhythm and shared presence.
Slow down. Don’t take yourself too seriously. Return to the simple beauty of life.
When in doubt — dance it out.
Podcast conversations. Philosophy without performance.
Philosophy in a glass. Movement in the mind.
This is not choreography. This is remembrance.
In this workshop, movement becomes a way back to yourself. We explore release, rhythm and embodied awareness — gently, honestly, without performance pressure.
Small group. Real presence. We dance in stone courtyards, on terraces, under the Lemnos sky.
Breath is the bridge between thought and body.
Through guided breathing, subtle somatic exercises and conscious pauses, we soften the nervous system and create space inside.
No extremes. No force. Just breath, gravity and the intelligence of the body.
When the sun begins to fall, something opens.
Music, slow movement, wine, silence, shared stories. These evenings are curated experiences — intimate, atmospheric, deeply human.
No rush. No spectacle. Just presence under golden light.
Food is a ritual. Wine is memory. The table is community.
We gather around local flavors, seasonal dishes and long conversations. Each evening is themed — movement meets taste, story meets texture.
Hospitality, the Mythos way.
What if you rewrote your story — here, on the island?
Guided journaling, reflective prompts and creative exercises help you reconnect with your inner myth.
Not therapy. Not performance writing. Just truth, ink and sea air.
Tailor-made movement and breath sessions for individuals, couples or small groups.
A personal container. A slower rhythm. Your needs, your pace, your story.
Available upon request.
Workshops are not isolated events. They are chapters of a bigger story.
Stone houses. Sea light. Movement. Conversation. Silence.
This is not a retreat factory. This is a living, breathing island experience.
Mythos Homes is set in Kaspakas, one of those rare locations that brings together village calm, sea access, island light and easy connection to the rest of Lemnos. From here, the island opens slowly: self-contained, elemental, luminous and quietly unforgettable.
Beaches, volcanic landscapes, old paths, wide skies, mythic echoes and that deeply unforced feeling of freedom. This is what makes the position of Mythos Homes so special: you stay somewhere peaceful, yet deeply connected to the real spirit of the island.
Not simply a destination, but a whole feeling: open, elemental, mysterious and full of quiet beauty.
Ancient Fire
Heraclitus (c. 535–475 BCE), a pre-Socratic philosopher from Ephesus, named fire as the fundamental principle of being. For him, the world was never a static object — but a living process of constant change. His work “On Nature” survives only in fragments, yet the thought behind those fragments still burns.
“No one ever steps into the same river twice.”
Everything is becoming. Everything is movement. What remains is not the object — but the law beneath it: the Logos. For Heraclitus, the world is a charged unity of opposites: day and night, concord and conflict, life and death. Not harmony as stillness — but harmony as tension.
Panta rhei — not as a quote, but as a challenge.
Not designed to impress, but to receive you gently.
Our stone homes are shaped by light, texture and time.
They are made to hold you, not perform for you.
Every wall carries a story from another era.
Every opening frames the island differently throughout the day.
And every corner keeps that rare kind of stillness you only notice
when life begins to soften.
This is not simply accommodation.
It is a quieter return: to presence, to beauty, to a slower way of being.
Wander through the visual worlds of our homes and discover the textures, the light and the feeling of each stay before your arrival.
