On Limnos, the island of light and silence, where the wave breaks gently on the shore and the air carries the scent of thyme in the village of Kaspakas, Mythos Homes welcome those seeking a slower rhythm of life. Two restored stone houses — not simply accommodation in Limnos, but intimate sanctuaries for travelers who long for real beauty beyond filters and a conscious shift from FOMO to flow . Here, retreat becomes ritual, and presence replaces performance.

The less noise you consume, the more life you feel. The less scrolling, the more breathing. The less comparison, the more connection.
Embodied practices that bring you back into your body — not to perform, but to remember.
Shared tables, honest conversations, real presence — without filters or competition.
Our retreats are intentionally affordable. Depth should not be a luxury reserved for the few.
Less screen • More skin • More life
Welcome to Kaspakas — a traditional village in Lemnos where stone houses climb gently
toward the hill and the Aegean Sea opens beneath your feet.
At sunset, the light turns golden and the village glows like a quiet amphitheater.
The air smells of thyme and warm earth.
Time slows down — not because it has to, but because it wants to.
Locals call it Kaspakas.
We sometimes call it Cash Pa Cash —
because here, you don’t win money.
You win perspective.
Kaspakas is built amphitheatrically above Agios Ioannis beach,
just minutes from Myrina, the capital of Lemnos.
From its upper alleys, you can see the sea, the sky, and sometimes —
if you wake early enough — fishing boats returning at dawn.
Wander through narrow stone paths.
Sit at a small café with no rush.
Climb toward the old castle view and watch the horizon melt into blue.
This is real Greek island life:
traditional architecture, open courtyards, white walls warmed by sun,
and evenings where conversation lasts longer than dinner.
We chose Kaspakas for Mythos Homes because it offers balance:
privacy without isolation,
authenticity without tourism noise,
beauty without excess.
After 13+ years abroad, we returned to Lemnos carrying what truly matters —
connection, simplicity, warmth.
Kaspakas gave us the ground to build something honest.
And when you stay here, you don’t just visit a village.
You participate in its rhythm.
“In Kaspakas, the sea teaches patience. The stone teaches memory. And the silence teaches you how to hear yourself again.”
Mythos Homes · Lemnos · Greece
Here, on Limnos — the island of light, wind and silence — where waves meet stone and thyme perfumes the air, Mythos Homes welcomes those who seek meaning in simplicity.
Two restored stone houses — not mere stays, but sanctuaries for the soul-weary. Places where conversation turns into music, and time feels human again.
After thirteen years abroad, we returned to rebuild what truly matters:
shared tables, honest laughter, and the quiet rhythm of belonging.
This is Mythos Homes.
This may be your return.
We grew up inside Hemingway’s Bar in Linz, Austria — a place that never slept, never followed the rules, and definitely never served “quiet nights.” It was our school of connection: the art of listening, the courage of presence, the beauty of stories shared at 3AM.
Behind that bar we learned more about humanity than any university could ever teach. Not through theory — but through moments, silences, and the simple act of making space for others.
Those years shaped us. They taught us to welcome people as they are — complex, tired, searching. And when we returned to Limnos after more than a decade abroad, we carried that same spirit into Mythos Homes: a hospitality that begins long before “check-in” and lingers long after “goodbye.”
“We didn’t come to Limnos to start a business. We came to continue a story we had been writing our whole lives.”
A story about roots, risk, rhythm — and a family that learned how to carry light across countries, kitchens, bars, and islands.
We grew up inside Hemingway’s Bar in Linz — not the quiet kind of child, but the wild one. The one that stays awake until dawn, fills the house with friends, music, laughter, heartbreak, and stories that taste like tequila & trust.
Behind the bar we studied humanity: how a stranger turns into a confidant, how a playlist softens a long day, how a single drink can carry the weight of a memory.
We learned that true luxury isn’t crystal glasses — it’s connection. It’s the art of serving presence. It’s listening without rushing. It’s the courage to say, “Sit. Tell me everything.”
After 13 years abroad, our compass pointed home. And home had a name: Limnos.
In Kaspakas — between thyme-scented air and Aegean stone — we began building not houses, but sanctuaries. Spaces that breathe with sun, salt, and stories.
Mythos Homes is our way of returning the hospitality we received. A table that fills itself with people. A terrace that glows at sunset. A kitchen that smells like Sunday. A room that knows how to hold you.
Because the truth is simple: We don’t rent houses. <
From the balcony of Hemingway’s Bar to the hills of Limnos. From ice cubes and playlists to sun-washed courtyards and slow coffee. Our vision was never about hospitality — it was about connection.
For thirteen years we watched people open up, soften, heal —
sometimes over cocktails, sometimes over silence.
And we realized something simple:
The world doesn’t need more perfection.
It needs places that feel human.
So we built Mythos Homes with the same ingredients we used behind the bar: a dose of authenticity, a generous spoon of humor, light that doesn’t hide, and the courage to say “Welcome — stay as you are.”
“In Kaspakas, even the silence has a heartbeat. That’s why we chose to build here.”
Three spaces shaped by stone, silence and Aegean light — created for slow mornings, warm evenings, and that rare kind of rest you can actually feel in your body. Based in Kaspakas, Lemnos, Mythos Homes is where “vacation” turns into “return.”

— A SoulBotox × Mythos reflection
In the northern wind of the Aegean, where stone holds warmth and the light has memory, Mythos Homes were created not as rentals — but as quiet sanctuaries. Places where people return to themselves.
Lemnos speaks in wind, stone, thyme and sunlight. Our homes were restored with respect for the island’s quiet dignity — keeping the soul, refreshing the breath. Every window frames a poem. Every courtyard holds a pause.
A century-old stone home overlooking the sea — restored with reverence. A gentle quiet where mornings begin barefoot and evenings drift into candlelit stillness.
A tender hideout for two — light, stone and linen speaking softly together. Perfect for slow mornings, deep breaths, and evenings that feel handwritten.
Staying with us is a return to slowness. A pause between sea and stone — a reconnection with breath, body and story. Wine tastings, island walks, pottery, and the art of beautiful nothingness complete the ritual.
