FAQ (fast answers, no drama)

Is this “anti-technology”?

No. It’s pro-human. We teach intentional media habits by strengthening attention, expression and real-life connection.

What age group is it for?

Best for ages 10–15, adaptable for younger/older groups depending on school needs.

How many students can participate?

Workshops scale from one class to larger groups. For bigger groups, we adjust structure and timing.

Do students need dance experience?

No. This is not a “dance audition”. We work with simple, inclusive movement tools and focus on participation.

Where does Vienna/Linz fit in?

The launch starts in Vienna and Linz in September 2026, with expansion possible through partner schools.

How do schools book?

Use the “Request a Workshop” button above (we’ll connect with dates, format, and a clear offer).

Slow Media, in one sentence

Slow media means intentional communication: we slow down the stimulus-response loop and give students tools to express what’s real — with body, voice, words, and collaboration.

  • Less reacting, more creating Students produce content that has meaning — not just “engagement”.
  • Embodied attention Breath, rhythm and movement strengthen focus and self-regulation.
  • Community over comparison Group work replaces performance anxiety with shared ownership.
  • Skills that survive any app update Expression, boundaries, empathy, storytelling, presence.
Translation: we don’t fight screens with fear. We outshine them with skills.

What students take home

Not just “a nice workshop”. They take home a new relationship with attention, voice, and each other — plus something they created together (without needing a filter).
