Satirical intro image — beauty, filters, and truth
SOUL BOTOX / BEAUTY FILES

The Beauty Industry Called.
I Let It Go to Voicemail.

A satirical little love-letter to mirrors, filters, and the exhausting job description of “being a woman.”

Inside Soul Beauty Routine

A beauty routine with no products,
no filters,
and suspiciously strong side effects.

01

Look at yourself before the world does.
Not to fix. Not to judge.
Just ask: “How am I — not how do I look?”
Honesty is the most underrated beauty product.

02

Stop working on yourself for a moment.
You don’t need to improve every day.
Some days it’s enough not to disappear.
The soul doesn’t want optimization. It wants presence.

03

Pause before you react.
To a mirror. A comment. A familiar thought saying:
“You’re not enough.”
Smile slightly and say: “Ah. The old story.”
You don’t have to relive it to know how it ends.

04

Treat your body like an ally, not a project.
Move. Stretch. Walk. Dance.
Not to change your shape —
but to remember you live here.
The body is not decoration. It’s home.

05

Remove something instead of adding.
Less filtering. Less comparing. Less “should”.
Inner beauty doesn’t grow in layers.
It appears through subtraction.

06

Speak to yourself like you would to a friend.
If you wouldn’t say it to someone you love,
why say it to yourself so casually?
Kindness isn’t weakness. It’s maturity.

07

Remember: you didn’t come here to be beautiful.
You came to be real.
Beauty is a side effect — not the goal.
And truth, when it shows up,
always has better glow.

08

End the routine without a mirror.
If you can say:
“Today, I was present.”
you’re already more beautiful than you think.

THE CONTRACT NOBODY SIGNED

Beauty isn’t a look.
It’s a responsibility we were assigned.

Somewhere between fairy tales and Instagram, women got hired as their own PR managers. Be effortless — but perfect. Be desired — but never needy. Be visible — but never “too much”.

External beauty becomes torture when it tries to do a job it was never meant to do: carry a whole identity.

Portrait — presence over perfection
THE TWO-EDGED MIRROR

Vanity feels like power.
Gravity feels like a bill.

THE FLATTERING SIDE

Compliments are addictive. Attention feels like oxygen. And “pretty” sometimes becomes the easiest way to be treated gently.

pretty privilege validation performance
THE COST

Attention turns into surveillance. “Looking good” becomes moral duty. And one day you realize: you’ve been editing yourself before the world even tries.

gravity never takes a day off.

The problem is not wrinkles. The problem is when your worth was built on a surface that must eventually change.

A MOMENT OF HONEST COMEDY

The therapist says: “be gentle with yourself.”
The front camera says: “try again.”

— the modern female spiritual practice

THE PART THAT HURTS

Women don’t fear aging.
Women fear being devalued.

The emptiness isn’t in the lines. The emptiness arrives when your whole identity was rented to the gaze of others. When “pretty” became a salary, and gravity became the threat of unemployment.

Here’s the plot twist: the face doesn’t only age — it archives. It holds nights you survived, love you gave, and the moments you didn’t collapse because people needed you standing.

LEMNOS / MYTHOS HOMES

Because the island doesn’t ask you to be perfect.

It asks you to be present. To soften the performance. To return to the body. To let beauty be what it was always meant to be: a bonus, not a prison.

PHOTORAMA → Retreat energy. Real faces. Real light.

CLOSING NOTE

Beauty is not the absence of aging.
Beauty is the presence of truth.
